Position Title: Program Coordinator, Part-time Social Service Worker Diploma Program
Status: Part-time Administrative Contract (Until January 2, 2024)
Hours: 18 hrs/week
Faculty/Department: Faculty of Social & Community Services
Campus/Location: Lakeshore Campus
Salary: $36.91/hr
What You Will Do
The incumbent will coordinate the Part-time Social Service Worker Diploma Program. The incumbent will contribute to: curriculum development; lesson planning; assessing student progress and achievement; and class management. The successful candidate will be expected to establish an effective learning environment and work as a collaborative team member. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to play an active role in student advising, student recruitment, and graduate placement.
The candidate will be expected to further develop community partnerships, as well as participate on Humber College/Departmental committees and advance college initiatives. This individual will also contribute to the overall direction of the program, assisting with the promotion and marketing of the program, and developing and maintaining strong industry ties.
