Program Coordinator & Career Counsellor

Pharma-medical Science College of Canada (Pharma-Medical) is one of North America’s leading educational institutions dedicated to training healthcare professionals and helping students achieve their career goals in healthcare sectors. Pharma-Medical is registered as a private career college under the Private Career Colleges Act 2005 in the province of Ontario and offers post-secondary diploma studies.

We are looking for an energetic, talented, flexible person to join our team to manage the promotion activities and brand our name.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily office work
• Connect the other organizations for co-operation
• Prepare documents accordingly
• Advise students on their career plans
• Promote our business and activities in media
• As a career counselor and program coordinator you have knowledge of job market in Ontario. You have exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail at all times. You also have a strong focus on professionalism and client service excellence. You like to work in a fast pace environment with multiple jobs and meet the deadline.

Qualifications:

• Good English Speaking and writing, other languages will be an asset
• Good computer and internet knowledge
• Good communication skills and patient with clients
• Critical thinking

Bachelor's degree or up (In health-related field will definitely be an asset)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
