Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on various HR-related matters.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Assist in employee performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage HR databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about HR trends, developments, and legal requirements, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance HR practices within the organization.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including conducting investigations, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new employee documents, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all HR processes.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
