As we continue to expand around the world, we are looking for critical thinkers who are data-driven, have a strong work ethic and care about best practices and customer outcomes to help us carry out our vision.

Join Array to make a mark on our business and grow your career.

Who We Need

As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a Production Project Coordinator to join our team. You will take ownership of developing, optimizing, and analyzing the Master Production Schedule to support On Time in Full (OTIF) production. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate communication, and collaborate activities with Business Unit (BU), Production control and Operations teams at the Master sample approval stage and onwards.

What You Will Focus On

  • Analyze and problem-solve. You will analyze our manufacturing capacities and leverage the MPS to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and department schedules. You will expedite operations that delay schedules and adapt schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. You will coordinate changes with the MPS with the BU, Production Control, and Operations Leadership.
  • Coordinate. You will work with the team to understand prototyping first-off samples from product development. You will coordinate sign-offs by Engineering, Model Maker, PPM, APM and Quality Assurance; and validate summary sheet accuracy to ensure (Qty, Part No.’s, Vendors). You will run IOS Purchase Requisition Report to ensure review, signoff, and alignment with applicable purchase requisitions and that items have been ordered according to job specifications.
  • Collaborate. You will participate in regularly scheduled production and job readiness meetings to communicate project status and escalate any issues. You will collaborate with APM and packaging technicians regarding packaging requirements; with buyers on incoming materials and service requests; and with planners to expedite materials. You will work with Production Control to prepare necessary delivery schedules as required by the client to support the BU Team.
  • Communicate. You will provide Production Status at Daily BU Stand up meetings. You will update the MPS when issues arise during production sequencing, such as summary sheets accuracy, detail package, material availability (internal and external supplied), quality, packaging issues, and Master sample issues.
  • Develop the BU-specific Master Production Schedule (MPS). You will, in weekly increments, establish sequencing and lead times of each operation as they transition from Development to production. You will ensure that all MPS schedule data is up to date and validated to drive BU and Operational KPIs.

What You Bring

  • The drive. You prioritize commitments to internal and external clients. You can anticipate and troubleshoot challenges in production. You can manage client expectations and plan out the detailed steps for solution development and implementation.
  • The experience. You have project coordination experience and you understand how a product-manufacturing environment operates, including exposure to design, engineering and cost estimation. You are meticulous and you have a commitment to delivering high-quality work products. You have the ability to conduct evaluations, assessments, and analyses of new projects.
  • The flexibility. You are a team player ready to jump in whenever and wherever needed. You take a collaborative approach to your work and yet you thrive in an autonomous role.
  • The technical skills. You can read CAD drawings and have worked with process ordering systems. You are proficient with Project Management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • The communication skills. You are well-spoken and can compose clear, concise business documents efficiently. You can generate and analyze reports and make KPI-based recommendations to stakeholders at any level.
