POSITION SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support account managers with projects - power point presentations, and quotations.
- Fostering positive client and internal relationships
- Communicate with client updates and or changes on all projects.
- Support administrative functions to ensure all aspects of production arrangements are implemented, detailed, and documented.
- Responsible for Trend Reports- Update team on current trends in social media, fashion, tech, drinkware, Barware, and home décor.
- Support Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and work-back schedules.
- The project coordinator is responsible for communicating with clients and coordinates with account managers, graphics & logistics to execute projects for some of the world’s biggest brands.
- Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time.
- Liaison between client and company to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage customer's request and set realistic expectations.
- Responsible for market research on brands in the alc. Bev. sector. – Reporting on campaigns, events, and new product launches.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to work in office full time at our Surrey, BC head office.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbally and Written)
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, consistent, productive as well as efficient
- Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required.
- Completion of a 4-year undergraduate degree or equal time job experience
- Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
- Marketing / Trend communications is an asset OR Knowledge, and interest of Marketing trends landscape is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
