Our Production Coordinator will be part of our dynamic and fast-paced production environment and exposed to various stages of post-production pipeline.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Participate and take note during daily reviews and production meeting
• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Ensure artist’s work is approved and completed on time with VFX supervisor’s specification
• Updating company projects databases
• Overseeing outputs and client deliveries
• Handling and documenting incoming elements, footage, data, notes, etc.
• Work collaboratively with the production and creative teams on all stages of production pipeline
• Track production progress and ensure delivery schedules is on time

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and show initiative for overall studio efficiencies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Must have 2+ years of professional experience as a visual effects or post production coordinator in VFX
• A team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with of Microsoft Excel and Shotgun
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment.
• A self-starter a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Working knowledge of VFX production and post-production pipelines,
• College certificate and/or degree in Animation/ VFX, or relevant programs
