Product Support Analyst Jobs

The Opportunity
Responsible for the translation of internal customer, product, and sales data into actionable information to be used by the sales, product support team.
The Role

• Develop various Product Support Representative (PSR) statements and track programs related to PSR compensation Plans
• Producing miscellaneous reports for branches.
• Reconcile GM and PM accounts with Finance team
• Report on inventory control.
• Respond and handle daily miscellaneous tasks originating from management, clients, fleet and/or other departments/colleagues
• Analysis of customer trends, customer cost of ownership reports, sales tools, and various sales programs/incentives to promote greater sales and profitability.
• Manage and Maintain Data and Supplier Management Websites for compliance and accuracy.
• Aid the Manager with identification and solutions regarding any non- conformities related to the programs, product, process and systems
• Tracking, auditing, administering, and development of Wajax’s varying MH maintenance programs, processes, and tools to promote new customer acquisition and retention.
• Monthly Reports
• Reporting and analysis of the current and future product lines, programs, and processes to find areas of success, growth, & improvement.
• Organize, improve, and maintain the internal resources for MH via sharepoint to raise awareness and understanding of Wajax MH product offerings, processes, and policies for all employees
• Develop any electronic and/or manual forms etc required for program implementation, marketing, training and tracking.
• Manage PM Scheduler.
• Provide price codes, discount codes to customers as required.
• Revenue and margin analysis of all MH product lines and programs for equipment and aftermarket sales.
• Additional Responsibilities
• Discount, Report and Audit system Parts and Labour
• Complete BBPM Audit report.
• Set-up and input prices into ERP.
• Creating reports on a regular basis for general managers.
• Complete contract price management
• Coordinate budget and financial reporting.
• Develop and track PM programs working with both the operations managers and RSM’s
• Analysis of current and pending Product Support Programs, identification of sales revenues and profitability in accordance to company standards.

The Candidate
Education: Bachelor of Commerce Degree and/or Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in general business administration.
Work Experience: 3-5 years related experience or equivalent business experience
Knowledge: Knowledge of material handling would be an asset
Proficiency: Strong Excel ability required. MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.
