What You’ll Do

As we continue to drive growth on our owned brands and improvement on product quality, we have the need to expand our Product Quality team. You will have a vital role in the organization as you will champion consumer product quality expectations that meet or exceed our target market by analyzing product quality metrics, identify opportunities and

trends and make recommendations and develop workplans that will drive focused results and improve customer product experience and satisfaction.

• Assess the safety, vendor and product risk of line review decisions and new product introductions and develop a testing plan to mitigate these risks
• Drive the After-Sales Service performance by ensuring our service providers have the necessary information and resources to satisfy our customers, including reviewing parts availability and ordering replacements when necessary and gathering and updating technical information like manuals and product specifications
• Analyze testing and inspection activities and spend across the product assortment and product risk profile and develop quality management plans that optimize the budget allocation for your division and identify opportunities to improve the productivity of these activities
• Analyze customer return, defect rate and online rating metrics along with assortment performance and vendors to develop areas of focus for the Product Engineering, Product Development and teams

What You Bring

• Knowledge and understanding of SQL or Python is essential
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to adjust style and format as required to suit the audience
• Experience within business analysis, product development or engineering position.
• University degree in related discipline
