We are currently looking for a Inflight Product Coordinator to join us in making vacation dreams come true. The Inflight Product Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing Inflight products, processing vendor invoices and reconciling all concerns prior to approval for payment. They will be responsible for all stations/kitchens supplies throughout the system.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with vendors/customers regarding invoice discrepancies.
• Review Canadian kitchen invoices for Managers approval.
• Ensure all packing slips are received each week from all locations.
• Enter all receipts into accounting systems.
• Confirm and expedite all purchase orders for required dates.
• Duties and responsibilities may change as necessary.
• Review inventories for all locations weekly.
• Back up the Inflight product Buyer when required.
• Prepare and order supplies for all flight kitchens system wide.
• Review and input all Inflight Product invoices.

What You’ll Need

• Proven organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
• Experience in purchasing systems is an asset.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office/Excel/Word.)
• One year purchasing experience required.
