- Maintains a close relationship with his customer group to keep abreast of the issues, objectives, and problems of the sectors under his responsibility, to propose proactive, integrated solutions aligned with strategic orientations;
- Analyzes and interprets HR performance indicators for each customer group to provide proactive advice;
- Creates, improves, and implements human resources management policies and programs;
- Takes charge of human resources projects.
- Develops and proposes proactive strategies and interventions to the managers in their customer group in various areas of HR expertise, such as labor relations, performance management, succession identification and management, change management, skills development, compensation, communication, etc;
- Supports new managers in their new role as team leaders;
- Guides the managers of his client group in the interpretation of C&T policies and programs, as well as labor laws;
- Acts as a change agent to support managers in the various organizational transformations they are implementing;
- Offers coaching, support, and advice to managers in HR management (mobilization, problem-solving, work organization, etc.) to maintain a healthy work climate and optimize team performance;
- Experience in organizational transformation;
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize and communicate effectively;
- Ability to collaborate and seek effective, innovative, creative, and value-added solutions with all stakeholders;
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and group facilitation skills;
- Ability to handle several files simultaneously in an organized, structured, and rigorous work approach;
- Excellent coaching skills and influential leadership;
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- In-depth knowledge of HR and project management concepts and principles;
- Good knowledge of labor laws;
- 7 years of experience as a human resources generalist, including a minimum of 3 years as an HR business partner;
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations;
- Proven ability to understand the organization, its culture, and challenges, in order to influence and align culture and talent solutions with strategic orientations;
- Experience in talent management is considered an asset;
- Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail in the analysis, follow-up, and implementation of selected recommendations;
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (an important asset);
- Projects integrating Agile methodology
