ABOUT THE ROLE

As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll be the maestro of all things fun, engaging, and culture-centric at Procurify. You will be managing multiple programs, tackling challenges with gusto, and ensuring our team remains happy and inspired amidst the chaos of scale-up life. What you’ll be working on

  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting our core values and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support the planning and coordination of team member engagement initiatives like team-building activities, recognition programs, and engagement surveys
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and celebrations
  • Support generating reports and analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Owns weekly internal communication on Slack
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and help drive awareness and understanding across the organization.
  • Maintain team member data and update our HRIS (we use Bamboo) with accurate and up to date information at any given time
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including document collection, system access setup, orientation sessions + introductions, and orientation schedules
  • Maintaining benefits program + main point of contact for benefits administration
  • Respond to team member inquiries in our #help-people Slack channel and provide basic People-related support and guidance
  • Coordinate the offboarding process, including exit interviews, and exit documentation
  • Preparing new hire welcome kits and ensuring a smooth onboarding process into the company for any new team members
  • Assists (and sometimes owns) P&C projects as required


Who we’re looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Familiarity with People processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive and self-motivated and highly adept to change management philosophies and adoption (gray areas are always present!)
  • Prior experience in an People role is preferred or a degree/certification in Human Resources Management
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and demonstrating sound judgment
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passionate about fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture
  • A bias for documentation
  • Familiarity with an HRIS is preferred (we use Bamboo!)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Somebody who thrives in a autonomous + self-regulated remote work environment
  • Familiarity with GSuite preferred
