Overview A Culture Consultant is a professional who helps organizations create and maintain a positive and productive work environment. They provide advice and guidance on how to create a culture that is conducive to employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. They also help organizations identify and address any cultural issues that may be preventing them from achieving their goals. Detailed Job Description A Culture Consultant is responsible for helping organizations create and maintain a positive and productive work environment. They work with senior management to develop and implement strategies to improve the organization’s culture. This includes assessing the current culture, identifying areas of improvement, and developing plans to address any issues. They also provide advice and guidance on how to create a culture that is conducive to employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. • Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve organizational culture

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development or a related field
• Experience in consulting or a related field
• Knowledge of organizational culture and change management
