We support those developers with Coaches who use the latest research in building high-performing teams to build soft skills mastery.

Who we’re looking for:

• You love self-help books, maybe so much so that you are already a coach!
• You used to be or are a software developer, consultant, or teacher.
• You know how to talk tech and have a fundamental understanding of how code works.
• You understand the nuances of being a consultant.

We do everything on zoom and therefore you must complete the video portion in order to be considered for a first interview.

Coaching Responsibilities:

• Lead projects ranging from group coaching, hosting company-wide events, implementing new processes, finding new applications, etc.
• Regularly coach software developers via Zoom or Slack on various soft skills required to consult for big clients in a global remote workforce.
• Work with developers on building good work habits, upholding company standards, celebrating their wins, and long-term goal setting.
• Identify and escalate appropriate concerns to leadership and the Director of Culture.
• Gather and deliver meaningful feedback then track improvements over time.
