We are excited to be bringing on another addition to the People and Culture (P&C) team to support our employees and the business as we continue to grow. This position will work closely with the Vice President, People and Culture and the rest of the P&C team on various projects and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: Assist with a variety of P&C initiatives and programs to support our growing team and bolster a positive employee experience. Such programs include: Supporting and driving the Performance Enablement strategy company wide The KEVite Awards – our peer-led employee recognition program and other Employee Recognition initiatives Support Learning & Development initiatives Own P&C system records management, reporting and maintenance Support P&C goal setting and achievement, including metric population and tracking through team dashboard Lead culture initiatives such as social events and weekly social meetings to build a strong connection and sense of belonging amongst employees Support VP and the rest of the P&C Team in an administrative capacity, including but not limited to scheduling, conducting follow up requests, and drafting/coordinating communications. Seek ways to increase efficiencies in human resources department for the betterment of the employee experience Assist with the development and implementation of P&C policies and procedures Respond to employee inquiries regarding P&C policies and procedures Work with P&C team members to prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement 3+ years’ experience in an HR role Previous participation in project management, and/or program management Self starter with high degree of organization.
