Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent, Culture & Inclusion, the Manager, Culture & Inclusion will be a strategic thought-partner and advisor to our HR partners, business project teams, and various leadership teams, while managing some other related programs.


What You’ll Do:


  • Plan and facilitate Culture & Inclusion workshops, activities and presentations.
  • Participate in project teams to advise-on and embed Culture & Inclusion best practices.
  • Work with HR and leadership teams to build Culture & Inclusion strategies that resolve conflict, solve problems, and improve the colleague experience and business outcomes.
  • Manage and evolve external Culture & Inclusion partnerships.
  • Plan and execute the company’s annual colleague appreciation event, which includes a lunch-time celebration at our head offices, and activation packages for stores and DCs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships to be a trustworthy Culture & Inclusion thought-partner.


What You’ll Need:


  • Experience working in or close to Human Resources (at least a basic understanding of performance management, change management, learning and development, recruitment).
  • Proven ability to think critically, resolve conflict, and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, corporate culture and values, and diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
  • People-centric, empathetic, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good communicator, with writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Creative and strategic mindset.
  • Confidence collaborating with different working styles, and colleagues at all levels in the organization.
