Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We are looking for someone who wants to make a sizable impact, who is innovative, compassionate, and a driven leader to assist in the development of several pillars of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.


In this role, you will help to build and execute on our enterprise DEI strategy which includes working closely with a large network of leaders on their journey to build and maintain a culture of inclusion backed by impactful inclusive business practices. Reporting to the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion you will be supported by a powerful team of DEI practitioners, an executive Inclusion Council and a large hard-working group of DEI committees/colleague resource groups.


What will you do?


  • Review initiatives and using your subject matter expertise, provide recommendations on ways we can continue to adapt our culture
  • Work with executive leaders and management teams to implement inclusive practices into the way we work and lead our teams
  • Assist in the development and execution of our DEI strategy through the execution of key DEI initiatives
  • Share your experiences and DEI knowledge with groups of all sizes to help continue our conversations about empathy and awareness
  • Build effective communication plans to promote, excite and engage teams as we launch our DE&I initiatives


What experience and skills do you need for this role?


  • Management experience in crafting and leading DEI strategies in the private and/or public sector and/or as a consultant (i.e. managing DEI councils, committee-driven events, communication and partnerships, and working with self-identification data).
  • A people person who is empathetic, open-minded and brings different perspectives than current team members.
  • A good public speaker, writer, and storyteller.
  • Positive relationship management, collaboration and consulting skills combined with the ability to influence executives and other business leaders.
