Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and financial management of large-scale renewable energy projects undertaken by Ameresco;
Coordinate, interact, and communicate with client, regional director, construction manager, and project personnel to ensure expectations, project deliverables, timelines, and revenue targets are met;
Manage project expenditures and job cost accounting processes: including accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment reporting, monthly forecasting and tracking;
Ensure compliance with Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules. Serve and assist as a liaison between the business office and operations;
Interface with Ameresco customers managing customer service, relationships and contractual obligations;
Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to forecast estimates through to project completion for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate;
Assist in the preparation of design packages for tender, and administration of the tendering process;
Review subcontractor and vendor bids solicited by the team to help determine scope, schedule, timely delivery for all project related materials, equipment and construction services;
Assist with the post-tender process by selecting the vendors and subcontractors to ensure the lowest price, while ensuring the highest quality, schedule delivery, and organizing all project-related equipment;
Ensure compliance with company, industry, customer and jurisdictional safety standards, practices and codes;
Some travel required; and
Perform Other Duties As Required.
Minimum Qualification

• Minimum of 10 years industrial power, electrical/solar, mechanical, or engineering construction project management experience focusing on complex facility infrastructure construction, renovations, retrofits, upgrades in North America;

Additional Qualifications

• Proven experience with safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes;
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project. Procore would be preferred;
• Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred;
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships.
• Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills;
