Description


Reporting the People and Culture Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of human resources (HR) services to the business.


Required


The P&C Administrator works under the direction and guidance of the P&C Manager to deliver any or all of the following services as required by the business areas


  • Administration & Compliance support - Support for the P&C team with any HR or employee-related administration, record-keeping, or processes
  • Learning and Development - Administrative Support
  • Recruitment process - Administrative Support


Profile


Ideally you will have a background in HR or recently graduated or currently studying a Human Resources/Psychology degree and are in your final year (Highly regarded but not essential)


  • Be an experienced administrator and able to use most Microsoft programs
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • WWVP Card (ACT)
