Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Office Coordinator to join one of our top Automotive clients in North America on a 12 month contract. This role is on-site from Monday-Friday on a rotating shift (two weeks of days - 7AM-3:30PM - two weeks of afternoons - 3:30PM-12AM). The main function of an office coordinator to supervise and coordinate the activities of office workers. A typical office coordinator is responsible for general project and office management, including a substantial variety of correspondence, records and accounts.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
