Summary:
The main function of an office coordinator to supervise and coordinate the activities of office workers. A typical office coordinator is responsible for general project and office management, including a substantial variety of correspondence, records and accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coming in at 6:00AM to sort and stack before people are in to help with efficiency in collecting parts
- One coordinator working simultaneously with supervisors
- Give stacks of orders that need to be processed to team
- Required to do physical work from picking product from warehouse to loading it onto the trailer
- Coordinate tags that are on the orders, sort them into groupings to make it more efficient, pick parts, load them into different areas to have them loaded into the trailers
- Put paperwork together to include on truck for export, pass that over to logistics to get shipped out
- Working on mainframe system, will be trained on this
Skills:
• 5-7 years of experience required
• Computer skills (Excel needs to be proficient)
• Ability to work with mainframe systems (inventory systems)
• Driven/attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Ability to operate office machinery.
• Knowledge of corporate/unit policies and procedures
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required (postgraduate/post-secondary is sufficient)
• College degree or equivalent training preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience required.
