The Job!

As the Coordinator for Talent Advisory, Legal, and Recruiting, your primary role is to offer comprehensive support to the Senior Manager of Professional Recruiting, as well as the two Directors of Talent Advisory – Legal.

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of members in the firm
  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Talent Advisory and the team
  • Coordinate and schedule all interviews, orientations and evaluations
  • Liaise with the Talent team to track and plan recruitment
  • Monitor attendance for program events
  • Collect all candidate data, and important files
  • Generate spreadsheets for various reports and candidate information

What you bring to the job

As the Talent Advisory Coordinator, you will possess the following qualifications,

  • Ability to generate spreadsheet reports and PowerPoint decks
  • Experience with internal and external communication
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset
  • Proficient using MS Office, PowerPoint, One Span, and Adobe Acrobat PDF
  • Personable and able to take initiative
  • 2-5 years experience in a coordinator role
  • Educational background in HR or legal is considered an asset
  • Extensive experience in calendar management in a high volume schedule
