The Office of the Deputy Clerk Administration is currently looking to staff the Senior Administrative Coordinator position.
The Senior Administrative Coordinator is accountable for: a wide range of specialized administrative, financial, logistical, technical and information management support services for the Office of the Deputy Clerk, Administration. Responsabilities include the coordination of responses to enquiries/requests for information from Members’ Offices, the Speaker’s Office, the Clerk’s Office, and House Administration managers.

Education:
- College diploma in office administration, business administration or information management, or equivalent proficiency obtained through a combination of secondary schooling, experience and training.
Experience:
- Experience in providing executive and office management services to a senior official;
- Exceptional organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail;
- Experience with Microsoft Suite applications;
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capability;
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, managing meetings and event logistics;
Asset:
- An understanding of the clients, culture and vision of the House of Commons and/or a parliamentary partner.
