This position is for sales executives that can deliver results. We are looking for hiring at GTA region field sales executive so help us build Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Cloud services business.

Brief about role:
As a Sales Executive (field job), you will be responsible for forming, and executing business relationships between Bitscape and the customer. Revenue and profitability growth will be your prime responsibility with adding net new customers. You should be able to engage with customer’s various personas to uncover digital transformation initiatives. We expect you to be fast learner and be well-versed with Cloud technology and corresponding Microsoft’s solutions will be an added advantage. Collaboration with internal team and vendor will be of prime importance to you. Maintaining weekly pipe and closure of customer orders will be your day-to-day activities and Bitscape expects you to fulfil that with utmost passion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Execution
- Work jointly with relevant teams e.g., inside sales, pre-sales etc. for
- Demo, POC, techno-commercial discussions and closures.
- Engage in opportunities those will be provided by the organization.
- Responsible for generating service revenue too.
- Be aware of competition’s offerings.
- Identify of newer opportunities every day and build predictable pipe of opportunities and update in CRM in real-time.
- Identify various customer / prospect personas, including decision makers and influencers.
- Revenue and profitability growth.
- Communicate proposed solutions effectively and share techno commercials to the prospects, when required.
- Engage in conversations with customers / prospects to introduce Bitscape, its services, how Microsoft solutions can help achieve digital transformation and what value add Bitscape can do.
Collaboration and Upsell
- Collaborate with inside sales, manager, pre-sales and service delivery teams to cross-sell, up-sell, and co-sell managed services.
- Drive demos, POCs and Cloud consumption plans with customers / prospects.
Learning
- Continuously learning various products and technologies is essential to be effective in customer conversations.
- Learning will help you asking customers / prospects relevant questions and understand their business needs better.
Other Operations
- Update CRM in real-time.
- Ensure ZERO customer overdues.
- Participate in weekly review calls.
- Maintain customer records.
- Track achievement against target and update management team on a weekly basis.
- Be courteous and prompt in email and verbal communication.
Other
- Personify organization’s work culture.
- You must not compromise at all on integrity.
- Be a team-player.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Any Graduate (Preferably in IT or Computer Science streams but any graduate with proven industry sales experience is welcome).
Experience
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience of selling Microsoft Cloud solution to end customers in Canada must.
Knowledge
- Interpersonal Skills
- You should be polite and courteous in your behaviour and communication.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Cloud technologies, and certification on Microsoft 900 track is expected.
- You should be a fast learner.
- You should be very good in communication, written and verbal both.
Software Tools
- MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Email communication.
- You should be well-versed with data mining.
PACKAGE & JOINING
- Package will be at par with the industry standard, however when you apply we expect you to mention your expected CTC, Current CTC and any other benefit you expect.
- Immediate joining is preferred. However, can be managed based on your current commitments.
