Marketing And Communications Manager

Our client, a leader in innovation and product development, is seeking a full-time Marketing & Communications Manager. This is an in office position with some potential for work from home depending on the candidate. This role is based out of their Toronto office. The successful candidate is a talented and experienced marketing professional that is passionate and dedicated to lead the marketing & communications of company-managed brands.

Responsibilities:

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with our existing in-house graphic designer to create multi-channel engaging content
• Manage our Shopify websites and eCommerce platforms
• Plan and execute all digital and traditional marketing strategies and campaigns for our brands
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience on our websites
• Establish a monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plan with budget allocation and forecasting KPIs
• Copywriting and review for website content, blogs, marketing materials and all other relevant platforms
• Sourcing and management of external marketing partners and agencies
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure growth experiments and conversion tests across various channels
• Identify and engage with potential marketing relationship opportunities.
• Collaborate with our contracted social media agency partner to develop strategies, campaigns, oversight and evaluate the performance

Qualifications:

• Certifications from the Google Analytics Academy considered an asset
• Experience working on Shopify websites considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Graphic design experience considered an asset but not required
• Experience as a Growth Marketer is an asset
• Some knowledge or passion for the automobile industry considered an asset
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns
• An understanding of web analytics from a growth perspective
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or eCommerce product role
• Excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
