VectorSolv is looking for a Superstar Marketing and Content Specialist to think strategically, communicate brilliantly, execute ideas creatively and work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Who you are:

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and communications, with expertise in project management, nurturing processes, and marketing analytics, preferably in the finance and insurance industry.

·2+ years of experience developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies.

·Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

·Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources efficiently.

·Strong technical skills: Experience in Adobe Creative suite / graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

·Proficiency in tools such as ActiveCampaign, ClickUp, Figma, and ChatGPT or similar devices is advantageous.

·Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, but able to work independently as well.

·Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively independently and with cross-functional teams by prioritizing and executing tasks under pressure.

What will you do

·Collaborate with Management Team to develop and execute successful marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our innovative technology.

·Design and develop visually appealing and engaging presentations, brochures or other marketing materials using various software tools, ensuring high-quality graphics, charts, images, and animation.

·Create social media materials like LinkedIn posts and articles and manage the content of the company’s website in collaboration with internal teams through white papers and other pieces to attract and engage our target audience.

·Cooperate with the business team to create effective materials to present business proposals to executive teams.

·Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the insurance and warranty industry to stay relevant with innovative technologies.

·Conduct market research, analysis, and reports to segment customers, and assess market trends, ROI and effectiveness.
