Location: Montreal (Hybrid working model)


An Elite Tech Firm are searching for highly talented Junior Recruiters to join a group of the best-regarded talent around!


This team has an unlimited budget when it comes to hiring, promotes a great culture, and is made up of incredible like-minded individuals.


Role

  • Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle - coming up with a sourcing strategy, carrying out initial screening interviews, liaising with third parties and directly with candidates to arrange interviews, carrying out offer calls etc
  • Working as part of an elite talent acquisition team with abundant opportunities for growth


Skills/Experience

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • A relevant degree from a top university
  • Experience working as a recruiter in the tech domain
