The Opportunity
In this role, you will be provided with a solid onboarding program and dedicated training to build up your knowledge and confidence of Personal Lines Insurance. This includes working in our very own Duliban Academy and utilizing company resources to get the training you need. Once you have successfully obtained your RIBO license, you will be responsible for selling insurance to prospective clients and managing their initial experience with Duliban Insurance Brokers.
The best part? You don’t need previous insurance experience for this role. We will facilitate your RIBO licensing and train you to be a successful member of our team.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with our 25+ contracted insurance companies to find our valued prospective clients the best coverage and premiums
Provide auto and property quotations in real time to clients
Contact current clients regarding new product offerings or coverages
Receive incoming calls and contact monoline accounts to offer a quote
Answer a wide range of insurance coverage questions
Discuss applications with clients and communicate any discrepancies
Work closely with other teams including customer service and underwriting for a seamless client experience
Our Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where needed
Interacts with patience, enthusiasm and dedication
Pays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracy
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
Has experience in sales with a proven track record of success
Approaches learning and professional development with enthusiasm
