Outside Sales - Timber Frame Homes (B2C) And Insulated Panels (B2B)

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be selling Custom Timber Frame or Log homes from design to build services to high net-worth families and also selling pre-fabricated Insulated Panels products/services to builders and architects within Ontario. This is a full-time role with a base salary of $70,000-$75,000 plus uncapped commissions, company Vehicle or mileage allowance provided and a lot of other perks!

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

• The Head Office is located in Calgary, AB
• This is an outside sales role that reports to the Ajax or Kitchener office
• Sales Territory - Eastern Ontario for Timber frame homes (B2C)
• Sales Territory - GTA for Insulated Panels (B2B)

Experience, Background & And Education Requirements

• Building materials/construction industry experience is considered an asset
• 3+ years of B2B business development

THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION

• B2C - Beautifully Handcrafted Log Homes and Custom Timber Homes from architectural design to construction
• B2B - Structural Insulating Panel (SIP)

• B2B - selling pre-fabricated Insulated Panels products/services to builders and architects

Typical Day & Duties

B2C - selling to high net worth families buyers

• Client virtual consultation with leads provided
• Site visit/estimator

B2B - selling pre-fabricated Insulated Panels products/services to builders and architects

• Cold Calling (40%)
• Account Management and Administrative (40%)
• Presenting/Closing (20%)

Support & Training

• 75% of the Training is product/process and technical-related
• Sales training is minimal – excellent sales skills prerequisite.
