Junior Sales Representative Jobs

TSM represents one of the largest brands in North America and is looking for a full-time, entry-level sales and marketing representative to deliver high-class customer service to our business clients.

Our TEAM

Many of our current representatives in our Ottawa Team were working on their marketing or public relations degree while waiting tables, bartending, or working in retail before joining our marketing team. Their experience working with people one on one and in team settings made for an easy transition intoour fast-paced, people-orientedbusiness

Responsibilities

• Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and competitive offers
• Hands on marketing and sales training
• Establishing new customer accounts and contracts
• Personal development
• Working with new and existing customers about service promotions
• One on one coaching with management
• Managing sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Have a positive "solution-oriented" attitude
• Student mentality
• Have a strong desire to succeed and advance into management
• Athletic / sports / team experience
• Goal-oriented
• Someone who prioritizes growth
• Someone looking for a positive and energetic work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic

• Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience
