ConsidraCare is looking for an experienced B2B sales representative with business development experience in home care and senior living to generate sales, and develop and manage relationships with referral sources and corporate accounts for home care services for seniors across the Western GTA (Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington and Oakville).
ConsidraCare is a physician-founded technology start-up developing a platform to provide high-quality and affordable home care, nursing, and related services to Canadian seniors in their homes, hospitals, and retirement facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct sales calls, qualify leads, and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity
- Build a referral network of professionals, including but not limited to physicians, physiotherapists, financial planners, senior counsellors and social workers
- Build relationships with municipal councils for community access and partnerships
- Maintain a detailed schedule of leads, generate weekly progress reports and help develop quarterly sales projections
- Develop and maintain a detailed sales plan
- Organize and attend events for professionals involved in senior care
- Lead the development of the sales growth strategy for ConsidraCare
- Build business partnerships with high-senior-density locations such as condominiums
- Develop new accounts including hospitals, long-term care homes, senior care and living facilities and similar organizations which need or can create referrals for PSWs and nurses for seniors
- Help the CEO develop and close deals and corporate partnerships
REQUIREMENTS
- Formal sales training will be a plus
- Ability to do market analysis, build sales strategies, establish goals and develop sales funnels
- Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle
- At least 1 year of sales and business development experience with senior living, long-term care, retirement homes and hospitals with an established network of contacts in these communities
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- An independent highly driven, creative, and entrepreneurial individual who can nurture and maintain long-term relationships
- Proof of vaccination and a vulnerability sector check will be mandatory given interactions with senior care service providers
COMPENSATION
Base pay of $45,000 per year + $5,000 per year fuel allowance + Sales Commission
Range Including Commission: $50,000 - $81,000 per year
