The Opportunity

Following our continued growth, Neat is now hiring an Enterprise Account Manager for the Ottawa / Montreal region, leading commercial activities into large Federal and Private customers. Working closely with the marketing and wider sales teams, you will strategically develop long term relationships with new customers, while nurturing and maximizing opportunities with Neat’s many existing relationships in the region. Your expertise will continue Neat’s overall mission to become the number 1 player in the AV industry.


Responsibilities

  • Keeping updated of market trends, understanding competitor landscape and opportunities. Feeding market insight back to the product and development teams, providing a vital 360 degree view of the opportunity in relation to Neat Frame.
  • Driving continued growth for Neat, by identifying new large customers in the region.
  • Attending marketing events and other customer activities. acting as an ambassador for Neat.
  • Acting as a trusted colleague within your team, providing mentorship and coaching.
  • Working closely with Neat’s marketing and wider sales teams, establishing and maintaining go-to-market materials.
  • Defining, designing and iterating Neat sales processes, ensuring Neat is ready for the next stage of our hyper-growth.

Your Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Significant experience in developing and closing large enterprise deals, leveraging your extensive network to continue Neat’s growth.
  • Proven work experience in enterprise sales from a manufacturer.
  • BS in Communication or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Adjacent industry experience a must, with a deep understanding of the competitor landscape and product sets in-market.
  • Strong problem solving skills, willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Federal organizational selling experience.
  • Bilingual French / English essential.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful sales development program throughout its lifecycle.
  • MBA or MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent preferred.
