NOTE: Hybrid work model, office located in Newmarket, ON


Status: 3 Month Contract with possibility of extension

DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an IT HR Admin to post jobs, perform reference checks, issue contracts and SOWs, screening candidates, follow-up on timesheets.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2+ years’ experience as an HR Admin

- CHRP designation an asset

- University Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience

- Excellent English both verbal and written

- 2+ years recruiting end-to-end

- Experience with Bullhorn ATS

- Experience with job boards – Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Linkedin

- Experience with Social Media – Instagram, X

- Experience writing job descriptions, posting jobs

- Other duties as assigned
