Director of Human Resources

Location: 100% remote in Western Canada (must be based in either BC or Alberta)

Full-time Permanent position

Salary range is $110-125K

Our growing SaaS platform client is looking for a Director/Manager of Human Resources on a full-time permanent basis. This position is 100% remote but candidates MUST BE currently located in either British Columbia or Alberta to be considered.

This is a great opportunity for someone who comes from a fast-paced, growing technology firm that has done end-to-end HR. You will be the only HR person in the company and will be very much in a hands-on role with responsibilities including benefits administration, interviewing, onboarding/offboarding, policy development, HR strategy, etc. If you are the type of person that has a very positive energy and outgoing personality with experience in a fast-paced technology firm, then please apply today!

Requirements

• Looking for a great culture fit (Hands on, can wear multiple hats, engaged and outgoing personality!).
• 5+ years’ experience in a Director/Manager of HR position.
• Must currently live in British Columbia or Alberta (no exceptions).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationship.
• HR Certifications (CHRP, SHRM, PHR) is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Master’s is preferred.
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced and growing tech firm (like a SaaS or software platform product).
