A Reporting, Analysis and Process-Focused Role. We answer technical questions, requests for quotations (except standard P&D), special pricing requests and any other pre-sales inquiry for all transactional EP product families consisting of ELSB, ELSP, ELIP CAA, ELDS CPP and ELIS. We support the day-to-day requests from customers thereby allowing the sales team to focus on winning new business. We create value for our customers by owning all pre-sales inquiries for the division and connecting the customer to the proper contact within ABB should the request not be in our scope. We collaborate with product marketing and sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries.ABB Installation Products Division (formerly Thomas&Betts),is the number one manufacturer of electrification products in North America with a 125-year history of providing innovation and customer- focused solutions for connecting and protecting electrical systems, as well as a unique differentiated medium voltage offering. This position reports to

Sales Support Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Various teams to deploy corrective actions
• Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposes
• Conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist and support fellow team members
• Work with business process owners to identify improvement opportunities and work with the
• Create various reports and dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce.com to display key customer metrics
• Improvement actions

Your background

• Proven organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or college administrative diploma, an asset
• Fluency in English and French
• Experience in a B2B organization
• Experience in building reports/dashboard & a drive for data analysis
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
• Familiarity with electrical and/or medium and low voltage products knowledge, an asset
• 2+ years of experience in a similar environment in building dashboards/reports
