Job Description

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

The Regional Market Development Manager (Canada) role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for our radiopharmaceutical products in Canada. The role will also involve providing technical support and training to customers, including radiologists, nuclear medicine technologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal use and performance of our imaging products.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and new product development
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing activities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of our radiopharmaceutical products, including relevant imaging software and hardware
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact the radiopharmaceutical market in Canada
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for radiopharmaceutical products in Canada
What You'll Bring To The Role
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Canada, including regulatory requirements, reimbursement policies, and market dynamics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical support in the healthcare industry, preferably in radiopharmaceuticals or medical imaging
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and other information to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 50% of the time) to meet with customers and attend industry events
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Experience providing technical support and training to customers on imaging products and software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
