Key Responsibilities:

  • Support campaign managers with the trafficking process, including connecting placements to creatives, setting up consistent configurations, and collecting clean data.
  • Lead conversations on ways to work faster and smarter.
  • Mentorship and management of campaign managers
  • Oversee ad operations and support the campaign management team to activate digital campaigns (display, video, social, mobile, ctv, and programmatic)
  • Assist with analysis of reports to assess campaign performance
  • QA setups and validate campaigns have been pushed live
  • Assist with trafficking as needed
  • Keep track of the overall campaign management for all digital marketing channels
  • Assist with post launch troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with fellow Ad Operation teams on process to prevent errors, ensuring consistency around set up and monitoring, to create a strict QA workflow.


Strategic Expectations:

  • Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance new or upcoming campaigns.
  • Help deliver customer success, as measured by contract renewals, annual recurring revenue (ARR), account expansion (YoY increase in ARR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Support with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for high value clients.
  • Increase efficiencies across the team
  • Maintain frequent optimization logs and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Co-lead strategic conversations with client success teams around technology integrations that can improve efficiencies or support new activations


Skills and Requirements:

  • A good communicator – able to write clearly, speak professionally, and teach complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that helps the ideas stick
  • Good at building relationships – a creative problem solver, a customer service expert, a great team player
  • Highly detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, obsessed with accuracy, a strong critical thinker, and able to juggle multiple tasks/clients
  • A passion and/or skill for training and development, as the role involves both doing your work and supporting others on the team in their pursuit of excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Know your way around ad servers; DCM (Google)
  • 6+ years in digital media
  • Experience with digital platforms: programmatic (DMPs, DSPs, Exchanges), second- and third-party vendors, ad servers of all types (display, video, social, mobile), Tag Management Systems (GTM, Ensighten, Signal, etc.), and/or VVF vendors (viewability, verification, and fraud prevention)


The Interview Process:

  • Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)
  • This round is largely focused on meeting the leaders you'd be collaborating with and meeting more members of the team.
  • Past Experience Deep Dive (45 minutes)
  • Intro Call (15-20 minutes)
  • In parallel to this round, we'll speak with your references.
