- Enter cross references for codes or quantities ordered into GenWeb when required.
- CSR books delivery appointments for the client and is advised by the customer when shipments not delivered on time. CSR would work directly with the transport company in attempting to locate lost deliveries. CSR would work with client, customer and carrier to negotiate a new delivery time.
- Make changes to any EDI information that effects receipt or transmission of data through Acosta DMS Help
- Responsible for accept and process all orders in the Acosta Genweb system, communicate with accounts, facilitate and resolve issues surrounding order discrepancies.
- Entered detailed accurate notes into all orders/invoices (EDI, faxed, emailed).
Qualifications -
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
- 3-5 years customer service and/or office administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Offfice, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (Inter-Adv.)
- Previous relevant food broker for CPG experience is preferred
- Extremely well organized, detail oriented with an excellent ability to problem solve
