IEMA is currently seeking 5+ Customer Service & PR Representatives for their Event Sales, Marketing & PR department. IEMA is new to the Vancouver market. We build long-lasting, quality relationships between our clients and their target market and we need people on board to enable us to meet our clients’ demand.

**No experience is necessary for this position as we provide full training, ongoing support and mentorship. This role would therefore be suitable for people who are starting their career, school leavers, graduates or people who are looking for a new career direction**

Duties of the Customer Service & Public Relations Representative:

• Completion of a handful of sales daily including the collection of new customer details
• Research new markets, strategies to increase brand awareness
• Setting up of branded PR events sites across the Vancouver region
• Support Sales and Promotions of our clients’ services and products at private site events
• Learn how to coach and develop other individuals in the office
• Help coordinate staff meetings and events
• Record and track sales and marketing trends throughout different markets
