BSc degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience

3 to 5+ years of solid software engineering experience architecting and developing enterprise-grade applications

Strong experience developing user interfaces, custom services, components, or modules using Microsoft stack

Strong experience with the .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, ReactJS and JavaScript

1-2 years of experience as a Credit Administrator and/or Fulfillment Specialist

Have previous office/customer service experience.

Possess solid Ms Office/Computer skills

Possess solid Internet and email skills

Mortgage industry experience an asset

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

Previous experience in long-term care as well as knowledge of applicable legislation is an asset.

Ensure all new employees complete the web-based Surge learning IPAC education before starting their first shift

Deliver in-class IPAC education to all new employees within one month of hire

Perform annual in-class IPAC education for all employees

Track employee education and ensure staff are up to date in their mandatory education

A minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in infection control is required.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and 6-9 years of equivalent work experience in IT.

Significant experience in leading the development cycle (design, develop, integrate, test, prototype)

Significant experience participating in all activities that support team delivery

Extensive experience using agile and devops tools, techniques and processes

Experience with mobile application development experience as well as Flutter and Power Apps is a strong asset

Minimum 3 years experience working with web content management system (CMS).

Search Engine Optimization experience, understanding of digital marketing/web analytics.

Minimum 5 years experience writing in a professional capacity.

Knowledge of Alberta’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) legislation; formal FOIP training an added bonus.
