Entry Level Sales Associate

We are a sales and field marketing solutions company that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all consumer channels and business-to-business.

We are currently recruiting for a career driven Sales Associate to represent our client, TELUS Communications in the Downtown Vancouver Area.

This Full Time role offers you the unique opportunity to utilize your sales and customer service experience in a more strategic way through the development of direct sales. In this position you will be dealing directly with potential clients to drive TELUS Communications volume through providing excellent customer service, supplying product information and successfully completing a solution-oriented sale.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Representing TELUS products at various settings.
• Training, developing, and motivating a team in field
• Providing timely and complete follow-up to all customer requests.
• Managing logistics and implementation of a marketing campaign

Job requirement:

• You will need the skill sets of flexibility and adaptability to meet the business demands of working in a competitive marketplace
• Available to work full-time - Mon to Fri (min req- 4 weekdays)
• Be able to pass criminal background check

Qualifications:

• Highly effective verbal communication skills and the ability to develop rapport and credibility
• Proficiency in English is a must, any additional language would be an asset. (Ex. Korean, Mandarin, etc.)
• Comfortable meeting new people and creating connections
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Previous Sales experience is an asset, not required
• Positive attitudes and great interpersonal skills
• Effective presentation selling skills and objection handling technique
