Job Description

Position:Customer Service Representative


Monday to Friday– 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – Overtime as required


We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail customers. You will work closely with team members to monitor phone lines, enter customer purchase orders. You will also be responsible for monitoring our customer-facing email to ensure that customer purchase orders are received and processed in a timely manner. You will work closely with our warehouses team members as well as vendors and sales representatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide support to assigned house accounts.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams for internal communication between our warehouses and other departments.
  • Monitor our customer-facing email for order submission and customer inquiries.
  • Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with any inquiries.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Review and answer any questions and requests from our customers and outside sales team.
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Process customer orders and follow up with customers via phone and or/email.
  • Provide basic technical support for website issues.


Qualifications

  • A team player – we require the utmost team support in all aspects of this department.
  • Eager to help the team when needed and recognize when you may need help from others.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Microsoft Teams & Business Central experience an asset
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
