Opportunity Statement
You will contribute to the execution of programs, campaigns, and events for Ivalua's existing customers, ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company's goals, working closely with Customer Marketing, Customer Success, as well as the Global Marketing and Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate data collection and contribute to copywriting posts for our Customer Community
• Coordinate case study, customer snapshot and info collection and customer approval process
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person customer events in collaboration with regional Customer Success Managers
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting customers to support UpSell pipeline development in North and South America
• Support full execution of campaigns ensuring they meet the target objectives
• Coordinate sales reference requests in collaboration with regional Customer Success Managers, Bid Desk and the Sales Team
• Contributing to global Customer Marketing reporting on campaigns and ongoing programs
• A/B Test content campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness

Skills You Need to Succeed:

• Good understanding of marketing automation capabilities
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite, specifically Excel reporting
• French languages competence a plus
• English language skills a must
• Experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion is a plus
• Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write copy for customer marketing promotions
• Strong ability to work against organizational deadlines and KPIs.

Desirable Skills:

• Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Software industry (e.g Spend management, sourcing, contract management, eProcurement, management domains)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite, specifically Excel reporting
• B2B Marketing automation tool knowledge (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo), DemandBase, Highspot experience is a plus
• Ability to build strong relationships with the Marketing Team (Global and Local), as well as the Customer Success Management organization.

Preferred Education:

• 1-2 years' marketing experience, preferably in Customer or Marketing Operations
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, English or related field
