Coordinator, Transformation & King West Site

Reporting to the Executive Director of Transformation and working closely with the Transformation Office, the Coordinator provides confidential, professional, assistance and day to day operational support to the Transformation Office as well as the King West Site Administrator.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and assisting in the execution of projects, client support, processes and programs within the Transformation Office. The Coordinator acts as a liaison both internally and externally to enable the Transformation Office to efficiently and effectively implement strategic and operational goals and initiatives. Solution-focused with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities with a positive attitude, taking initiative, and using judgment in developing, adapting and applying processes to address problem situations with great attention to detail.

Additionally, serving as the primary point of contact for the King West site, the Coordinator is responsible for coordinating site maintenance, EDM coordinator for the site, and other duties related to the administration of the King West site. The role will also function as on-site reception to the Site for scheduled events. The role is currently a mix of remote and on-site work, but could be changed to on-site with advanced notice.

• Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet project and task deadlines
• Project Management Program or minimum of 3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work on own initiative, organize and establish priorities
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external contacts.
• Microsoft Office Specialist Certification or demonstration of advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications, inclusive of advance skills in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Projects and WORD
• Graduate of Community College Program
