Job Description
Job Summary


The Manager, Business Transformation & Change, under the direction of the Divisional Director of Operations, is responsible for business operations and training to optimize operational efficiency, operational performance, and operational quality of cross functional business teams. The Manager, Business Transformation & Change with the assistance of operation leads will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical experts to identify and design business process and technology solutions. S/he ensures alignment with strategic direction provided by the Divisional Director of Operations.


Duties And Responsibilities


  • Lead operational goals and connect with stakeholders to identify linkages and pinch points between each initiative and determines how to embed new ways of working using a holistic approach
  • Drive operation Improvement development, awareness, monitoring, and reporting to build a strong culture of performance management
  • Participate in quality and risk management initiatives,
  • Continuously review KPIs and engage stakeholders to define opportunities for improvement,
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures,
  • Analyze complex business problems, facilitate solution ideation, selection, development and implementation,
  • Validate ROI to ensure solutions result in productivity and performance improvement,
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders,
  • Lead quick turnaround, ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to inform strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and accelerating growth,
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning processes,
  • Moderate conflicting and changing requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Generate measurable smart objectives and KPIs for the business, alongside milestones and solutions to execute on objectives,
  • Build out project management deliverables and process, have end to end ownership and accountability of projects,
  • Identifying and escalating interdependencies or risks between workstreams to business leads, seeking to problem solve and mitigate actions,
  • Support stakeholders in quality initiatives,
  • Provide analysis and interpretation of actual performance versus plan / forecast, and assess the impact on future results, Act as a subject matter expert on business process and technology solutions to inform business decisions and strategies,
  • Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns. Responsible for completing Accident Reports for all direct reports who injure themselves on the job, within 24 hours of the incident.
  • Collaborate with business leads from differing verticals to ensure business needs and requirements are clearly identified, addressed, and consistent with solution designs,


REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS


The Manager, Business Transformation & Change reports directly to the Divisional Director of Operations. The Manager, Business Transformation & Change also liaises with the BSRx employees as appropriate.


Qualifications


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration or a pharmacy related accreditation from a College or University
  • Strong Assets: PMP Designation; LEAN Six-Sigma certification


Experience


At least ten years of progressively responsible recent experience in operations management, five of which were at a supervisory level; strong track record of performance and knowledge/exposure to of business operations, business development, data management, financial management and human resources.

Strategic, high energy, positive, holds strong ethics and is good at relationship building.
