Strong Assets: PMP Designation; LEAN Six-Sigma certification

Continuously review KPIs and engage stakeholders to define opportunities for improvement,

Conducting research and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes and systems; delivering report findings.

Providing guidance and technical support during the implementation and configuration process for ERP solutions.

Performing prototyping, unit testing and in-depth testing of ERP solutions to ensure all problems and concerns are properly solved.

Designing and deploying ERP applications and modules according to approved solution design documentation.

Change mindset with experience in Change Management concepts

Partner with the Finance Data & Technology team to identify and implement solutions to support digital upskilling

Preparation of detailed financial reporting to executive management on a monthly/quarterly basis

Knowledge of finance processes and process improvement principles

Develop Leadership skills by assisting with the launch of new initiatives and through owning projects end-to-end

Assist in developing our people strategy as it relates to Finance Transformation

5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in delivering large-scale business transformation programs.

Experience driving program management for large projects / initiatives.

Drive program management efforts for enterprise-wide transformations, including governance and reporting.

Develop, refine, and maintain program management standards, tools, reporting, and methodology.

Support and advise on transformation enablement and change experience efforts for business and operating model transformation programs.

Facilitate stakeholder experiences across multiple teams to generate commitment and support behavioural & mindset shifts.

2-4 years’ project management or process improvement experience, including analysis and recommendations

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

2-5 years of experience in planning and delivering large and complex transformation programs.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification (Issued by Project Management Institute) is considered an asset.

Demonstrates excellent word processing, spreadsheet, relational database, visual management software, project management software and simulation modelling software skills

Experience and demonstrated expertise in data management, data analysis, and statistical manipulation

Demonstrates excellent team building and management of group processes skills

Undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering required.

Lean, project, and change management expertise considered an asset

Prepare presentation materials to communicate project progress for key stakeholders and management as needed

Demonstrated ability in stakeholder and relationship management

Develop key relationships within the Businesses, Functions, to facilitate project execution and the transfer of knowledge after project completion

Undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance or a related field required

Experience with program governance in large regulatory programs

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products/services (e.g. derivatives, loans) and processes

Partner with Internal Business Teams to Develop Tools that help to improve processes by driving efficiency and provide new capabilities

Experience in Business Process Mapping (Visio, or other process mapping tools)

Strong Analytical and Processing skills; ability to resolve ambiguous problems, produce recommendations and convey them clearly, effectively and concisely

Provide regular project status update reports to Manager, Project Team and Senior Management

Agile methodology certified, Project Management Institute Certified(PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset

Articulate and prioritize business requirements into system and process functional requirements

More than 2-years experience in financial or management consulting industry

A degree in finance, business administration, math, statistics, economics and other quantitative subject areas is beneficial

Working experience in Advanced Excel spreadsheets

Comfort and experience with Power BI

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Some experiences in consulting, sales, and project management are preferred.

Familiar and knowledgeable with Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, Presentation)

Facilitate issue resolution/escalation and manage interdependencies and ensure the accurate maintenance of the RAID log

Manage change control process including coordination across all stakeholders to assess impact, approval and tracking

3-5 years of cross-functional project management experience in the software industry

Strong communication and writing skills

Confident in leading meetings and skilled presenter

Experience working with global virtual teams

Ability to manage multiple workstreams across multiple projects

0365 suite and strong Excel skills

Provide strong and timely analysis insight and business analytic decision support to management, project leaders, and various organizational stakeholders.

Be responsible for ensuring that business needs, detailed requirements and business rules are covered by the solution.

Manage and address the gaps until they are resolved.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the retail industry related to Digital/eCommerce, B2C, Omnichannel projects.

Experience in process modeling or definition, ideally in a business or digital transformation context.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Analysis role.

Project Management education and/or certifications are an asset.
