Administrative Assistant for an Executive Search Company
Located in downtown Toronto on the PATH network, our company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. Must have current administrative experience in a fast-paced office, and having a hospitality, service and/or recruitment industry environment would be an advantage.
This position requires an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong organizational & multi-tasking capabilities, excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and keyboarding skills.
As a person with strong administration skills, you will be well-organized to cope with a range of different work challenges and be able to work well under pressure. This unique mix of skills, along with delivering a high level of client and candidate services with communication savvy will make you a great fit for our organization.
