Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills?   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise correspondence.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or supporting executive-level professionals is an asset.
