Job Description
Are you passionate about Administration and customer service? Do you have at least two years of administration experience and are you a good team player?
Are you proficient in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, TEAMS)?

Our client looking for an Administrative assistant to support a busy commercial property management office! (3-4 weeks coverage )
This role is on the front line and responds to a variety of tenant inquiries and customer questions in an efficient, friendly, & professional manner.

  • Competitive pay rate is $22/hr
Responsibilities
  • Complete tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner; take action on complaints if needed.
  • Tracking vendor and tenant Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  • Assist with entering Purchase Orders and processing operating invoices
  • Assist in setting up tenant functions and events
  • Maintain vendor set-up in Yardi
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of Yardi will be considered an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive issues using discretion
  • Adaptable and eager to thrive in a dynamic work environment with tight deadlines and support a multi-person team with a professional and service-oriented attitude
  • Proven analytical ability and judgment skills;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Eager for exposure to a fast-paced commercial real estate office
  • Knowledge and experience with processing invoices and creating POs for clients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, TEAMS)
