Job Description

The role will support our Automotive Company by providing customer relations support, receiving/routing incoming calls, answer basic inquiries and providing follow up to customers, working with insurancecompanies to follow up withclaims andpayments, creating invoices and supplementary documents for jobs, running errands to support the shop.


What will you do?

  • Use premium-brand telephone techniques and etiquette.
  • Work with insurance companies toretrieveinvoices, and follow up with supplements
  • Be able to identify solutions for shop support and take initiative to carry out tasks
  • Maintain a high and consistent level of premium-brand, customer service – WOW customers!
  • Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
  • Assist management with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values.
  • Engage customers to determine their automotive needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Run errands to support shop functionality

  • Pleasant and engaging – must be able to project a ‘smile’ while speaking both in person and over the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player, professional appearance.
  • Must be able to drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
  • Team-oriented and flexible/multi-tasking.
  • 1-2 yearsminimumof relevant work experience in customer service, receptionist/front desk, administrative role.
  • Listen and retain information accurately.
