Our client is an exciting and progressive Marketing Agency with an exceptional client base and reputation.They are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join their full-service Agency.As an Account Manager, you will work directly with one of the agency's key clients, provide leadership and management of the allocated account, develop strategic direction, and oversee all aspects of the account.You will be a hands-on Account Manager who will work with the management team reporting directly to the board of directors.This role is based in their Winchester office - IT IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID ROLEYou will demonstrate strong ownership of the brand and keep the focus on brand success.The RoleDevelop strategic skills, and masters tactical planning and implementation.Ensure all creative and tactics are developed to support brand positioning.Continually seek brand-building opportunities to overcome obstacles.Champion the creative product.Lead client creative teams in the development of breakthrough creative to ensure high-quality agency output, reflective of a consistently superior creative product.Have a good understanding of digital and ensure all work is delivered on time and accurately.Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations as required.Manage client expectations.Traffic client work.Be able to interpret briefings from clients.Be aware of and able to identify new business and organic growth opportunities.Provide the lead on pitches.The ideal candidate will haveExcellent communication, written English, and grammar skills.A degree in either marketing or a related subject.Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing environment.Be quick thinking.Commercially aware.Hard-working and coping well under pressure to tight deadlines.Understanding of web and digital.Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Able to work and collaborate efficiently within a team.To apply for this position, please send us your current CV along with a cover letterBenefits:Casual dressCompany pensionDiscounted or free foodFree ParkingOn-site parkingPrivate dental insurancePrivate medical insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Account management: 3 years (required)sales: 1 year (preferred)Marketing Agency: 3 years (required)
